Flow Cytometry Facility provides investigators with our expertise and sophisticated instruments for the analysis of cells or particles based on size, internal complexity, and fluorescent signals. Cytometers allow simultaneous analysis of multiple properties of cells or particles and provide information about both single cells and populations. The heterogeneous cells and populations can be identified and quantified. Selected cells or particles can also be physically sorted to obtain pure populations for further analysis or subsequent culture and functional study.

Services

The Flow Cytometry Facility offers high-parameters, laser-based cell analysis and sorting opportunities for all researchers. Staff-operated and unassisted sessions are available for all machines housed in the facility. Sample analysis software is available free of charge to all users of the facility.   • Flexibility in panel design and the ability to resolve complex populations
  • Equipped with up to 5 lasers and 3 light scatters which can detect over 64 parameters
  • Includes autofluorescence extraction, which can be used to remove native pigments found within your sample
  • Capable of sorting up to 6 separate populations simultaneously, into tubes or plates.
  • Temperate controlled sample chamber and cell collection apparatus
  • Equipped with the Enhanced Small Particle (ESP) detection module and can therefore resolve weak or low-intensity flours from small molecules.

  • Equipped with the High Throughput Sampler (HTS) module that delivers high-parameter flow cytometry with exceptional speed and flexibility.
  • Houses 5 lasers and the ability to detect up to 18 parameters and 2 light scatters simultaneously.
  • HTS system enables automated, rapid sample acquisition from 96-well plates, making it ideal for high-throughput screening and large-scale experiments.

FlowJo is the gold standard for flow cytometry data analysis, empowering researchers to explore complex single-cell data with precision and ease. With an intuitive interface and powerful tools for gating, statistics, graphing, and high-dimensional analysis, FlowJo supports all your analysis needs. The software is offered on a first-come first-served basis and is housed within the facility.
